I’ve got two exciting additions for clients (new and repeat!) this autumn and winter. The first is the Athlete’s workshop taking place on the 22nd of September at 7pm in the clinic. It will go through a wide range of topics all with the main goal of teaching how to train better to feel better to perform brilliantly. Sign ups are being taken here until spots remain.

The second is small group, coached training for those looking for athletic focused strength and conditioning. These are available from Fri 2nd of October for up to 12 weeks. You can save your spot for the full 3 months or just go for 4 weeks and see how you get on. Registrations are taken here.
