What does the training entail?
- You’ll be coached through a selection of diverse, challenging exercises. Over 4 weeks you’ll learn to master each of the movements, improving strength and quality of movement with practice.
- Every month the workouts change, evolving into more advanced exercises. The appropriate progression is picked based on the individual however so that no one is left feeling out of their depth.
- We’ll cover power, strength, anaerobic energy system development, mobility and ideal biomechanics for sport.
- The sessions take up to one hour each.
Places are limited and only confirmed once payment is received.
Cost: €60 per person for 4 weeks
