Available now: NEW Strength and Conditioning Membership Plans

From the 7th of October 2024 (with a preparatory week starting on the 1st Oct), TOP is offering a simplified subscription service. All phases from the 2023/2024 season will still be available for individual purchase (find them here) but this new service will remove the need for you to purchase programmes as they come out. Instead, you’ll be added to the TOP RYPT gym and I will send you each new phase as it’s ready.

Though the general format of my training will be very similar to previous years, there are always improvements and tweaks to be made and this year will be no exception. I’m continuously learning new methods and lifts. So if you want to get the latest and best that I have to offer, this is the plan for you. If you loved what you got last year, then please feel free to repeat that!

Basic Plan – €15/month









Affordable and largely autonomous, enjoy having someone else do the thinking for you. Every time you hit the gym or field you’ll have a workout at your fingertips to follow. Each week will feature on average 2 running and 2 gym sessions, with some fluctuations to allow for higher training volume during the off-season (winter) and lower for in-season (summer). I’ll be in touch once a month to make sure you’re getting on OK and you can also contact me along the way.

Advanced Plan – €25/month

For Ultimate Frisbee athletes, this plan comes with all the S&C sessions but also some instructional throwing sessions. On top of that, I’ll be in touch regularly for a more personal coach-athlete relationship – perfect for those who feel they could do with more guidance in their training.

Premium Plan – €50/month

This is the deluxe package with all the trimmings:

  • Strength and conditioning plan
  • Throwing plan
  • Regular check-ins
  • 20 minute monthly video calls

This particularly suits:

  • those who feel they’re in a plateau and want to up their game
  • those who have struggled to ever stay consistent with their S&C training
  • those who frequently get injured and need more one-to-one guidance to structure their training appropriately
  • those who are elite minded and know investing in themselves at this level means better, happier results at the end of the season

Preparation done early is the best kind. Avoid playing catch-up later on and sign up right away!

Terms and Conditions

  • Workouts are sent on the same dates for all and are not moved forward or back. Old workouts can be accessed by going back through the calendar. Workouts are available at all times while your membership is active.
  • Once a membership is stopped, workouts become unavailable.
  • Monthly payments are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
  • Prices are non-negotiable.
  • Any change in price will be communicated at least 2 weeks before the next payment is due.
  • There is no cancellation fee but no refunds are available once a month’s membership is paid for. This includes if you suddenly have an injury that prevents you from being able to participate in the plan.
  • If a payment is missed, your access to the plans will be revoked.
  • The specific plan you’re on (basic, advanced or premium) can be changed between months but not during.
