Enjoy a fun 2 hour session with your sports team in the TOP clinic! The session comprises of a split between theory and practical. Both sections can comprise of special requests for your team but the basics will cover:
- The benefits of strength and conditioning training
- How to hinge, squat, row and press for general strength
- Basic must-have mechanics for running and jump performance
- S&C programming and variations across a season
- Goal setting for your team and as an individual
The clinic can take 10 athletes comfortably per workshop. Workshops can be run back to back to allow for larger groups to be split across multiple sessions but all on the same day. Workshops can also be run online or half and half.
